His usual clothing is a purple suit and pants, a purple bowtie, big buckle belt, and white boots. He is balding but wears a pink wig to cover it, and dyed his sideburns the same color. He finally quit the life of crime as he hoped to be happy and find good friends. However, he eventually noticed that none of the villains he knew were truly happy, so this motivated him to change his ways during his time in jail, even being released early due to his good behavior. He was also treacherous as he didn't keep his word and even double-crossed his allies.Īfter he became wanted by authorities for kidnapping Mochi, he was shown to become somewhat insane for popularity and became involved with other supervillains.
He threatened to launch Mochi to the sun simply because the cat had become more popular than him. Initially, Sparkles was selfish, self-centered and hated having the spotlight taken from him. His mother worked with him, albeit only by providing her voice to announce the challenges without physically appearing. He was popular enough to have shirts of himself sold and his own cereal brand called "Mr. Frank Sparkles was the host of a popular live-action internet show called Maximum Insane Obstacle Challenge, where he called his fans "Sparkleheads".
